Finding the Right Weapon to Destroy AntiSpyware Pro

Written by OSAblog on Monday, June 22nd, 2009

Each and every month there is at one or two new rogue antispyware programs that are let loose on unsuspecting people. Though one of the latest is AntiSpyware Pro there is nothing new about it. All rogue applications do the same thing and that is to try to steal money from people by convincing them that their computers are infected. The facts are that in most cases the rogue application is the only real threat that has infected the computer.

Though it is the rogue application that is most noticed there are usually other threats that come along with it. The most threatening aspect of most rogue applications is the trojans. Usually a computer is infected with some kind of trojan right before the rogue application makes its way onto the hard drive. The two most common trojans used by scammers to remotely install rogue applications is the Zlob trojan or the Vundo trojan. Both of these parasites are designed to make their way undetected into the system files. Once there, they block most of the popular protection programs and install other application, usually rogues.

After that the rogue is free to annoy the users and scare them into buying a totally bogus application. If the user is conned into paying for a full version they can expect to be flooded with more spyware and trojans. Plus they are out the money they paid for the rogue, which in some cases is as much as a hundred dollars.

Needless to say, no consumer should pay for a program that uses these tactics, even if the program is beneficial. When it comes to AntiSpyware Pro though, there is nothing beneficial about it. All of the scans it pretends to do are in fact a sham and the other things it does to the system files are just criminal.

On top of the annoying popups demanding payment, AntiSpyware Pro also works in conjunction with the trojans that got it installed to continue to block some of the more well know virus protection programs. It also redirects the web browser to WebPages designed to trick the user into think it is in fact real, which makes it hard to find information on how to get rid of it.

If all of this does not sound bad enough, AntiSpyware Pro also works with the trojan to make sure it stays on the computer. Manually removing AntiSpyware Pro can be done, but if it is not done properly than it can come back again and again.

If you have been struggling with trying to remove AntiSpyware Pro then you are not alone. Most people that get these types of malware on their computers need to do a lot of studying to find the right way to uninstall them. It also takes a bit of programming knowledge to find every bit of data associated with these rogues, which is way it is so important to get the right tools to protect your computer from these infections.

When looking for the right protection tools make sure you look for one that is 100% guaranteed to remove all types of malware. Do fight against these rogues without the proper weapons, get a malware protection and removal program that offers an unbeatable 100% guarantee to destroy all types of malware.
