The software works in different ways to detect threats to your PC.In this information age, the computer is a main part of our lives. It is almost inseparable from regular daily activities such as e-mailing, online banking, online shopping, socializing with friends on Facebook, accessing news, exchanging documents and so on. The computer makes our lives easy and it helps us to control our activities from one point. It is therefore important to protect the critical information stored our PCs.

The function of antivirus software is to identify virus threats, spyware and many other forms of intrusive malware. Your computer is vulnerable to attack if you are connected to the internet. There are many bad people out there who are always trying to hack a website or two. Some of these people have criminal intentions while others like hacking for fun. Websites are used to spread viruses, and therefore you must be careful about the sites you visit.

You can choose between quick scanning and thorough scanning that may take many hours. You will be notified of any threats and options for dealing with the threats will be given.
