The box had a timer that was going to close the box, and then when it closed it would not log me on. I could not turn it off normally so I cut the power. When I turned it back on I logged on fine? I haven't tried the product yet... What I am using right now is PC Tools Spyware Doctor http://cite-technologian.blogspot.com/2009/04/pc-tools-spyware-doctor-free-download.html and Registry Mechanic http://cite-technologian.blogspot.com/2009/04/pc-tools-registry-mechanic-free.html ... I used these together with Avast! and Windows Defender... and it works great for me...
