The great advantages of proxy sites

Written by OSAblog on Wednesday, May 13th, 2009

No one can deny that Internet is a part of our daily lives. Internet is now accessible from everywhere. At home. At work. At school. When shopping or having a coffee. From the street in areas with many shops. We use the Internet daily and we use it from everywhere.

The problem with this is security. When accessing a network which is used by several other people you may run into some security issues. Issues we often over look. This is because we are mostly interested in entertainment and functionality. But there is an easy way to protect yourself without too much trouble.

The simple way are the proxy sites. You don’t have to install anything. Just bookmark your favorite or even make it your home page. And you never have to bother about privacy or security again. Actually you can even bypass the filters some networks use.

Actually most of the public networks have some sort of Internet limitations. They ban some websites. Or forbid certain types of content. But finally there is one simple way to pass over all these. And the way is again the proxy sites. Instead of typing the address you want to visit in your address bar you simply type it in the proxy’s form.

This way you can check the sites yo browse daily. You can check your email without having to worry that others might see their content. Everything that can and must be private is and remains this way with the use of proxies.

There is no reason not to take advantage of this wonderful tool that are the proxy sites. They are so easy to use. And with a small initial effort you have your comfort, security and privacy guaranteed anywhere. No matter if you access the Internet from school, work, pub or coffee shop, the proxy site is always  bookmarked and ready to use. Not to mention that most of them even increase your speed.

There is also a tutorial, which explains in 7 steps how to bypass web filters. But web-based school proxies do their job!
